1. About Vide and these terms
This website is operated by Vide Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17493461, with registered office at The Courtyard, High Street, Ascot, Berkshire, SL5 7HP. Contact support@vide.co.
These terms apply to the public marketing website at vide.co, its demonstrations and its email waitlist. Access to the Vide application, testing programmes, accounts or paid services may be subject to separate terms supplied before you use those services.
2. Website information and demonstrations
The website introduces Vide and its planned features. Demonstrations and sample workflows show how the product can be presented; they do not perform live video generation for website visitors. Examples are not a promise that every feature, result or workflow will be available to every user at launch.
We aim to keep website information accurate and may update it as the product develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the website will always be error-free. Any applicable mandatory legal duties remain unaffected.
3. Joining the waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and does not purchase a service, create an application account or guarantee an invitation, access date, launch date, particular feature or price. We may offer access in stages.
Use an email address you control and provide accurate information. Do not submit another person’s address without authority or use the form to send abusive or automated requests.
The signup wording explains the emails you are choosing to receive. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our Privacy notice explains how we handle your information. We do not make agreement to unrelated research, AI-training or advertising purposes a condition of joining this waitlist.
4. Using the website
You may browse the website for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the website or its infrastructure, bypass security or rate limits, or use the website to infringe another person’s rights.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website or other people, or comply with law.
5. Website content
Vide or its licensors own the rights in the website’s branding, design, software, text and demonstration materials. You may view the content and share links to publicly accessible pages. These terms do not grant a licence to copy, resell or reuse our software, branding or demonstration media beyond what the law permits or we separately authorise.
Rights in third-party names and materials remain with their respective owners.
6. External websites
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those websites are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not itself mean we endorse everything on the linked website.
7. Responsibility and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes your mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.
Please contact support@vide.co if you believe information on the website is inaccurate, your rights have been infringed or you have a concern about its operation.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these website terms and will show the revised date. Changes to these website terms do not by themselves alter any separate agreement you have for using the Vide application or a paid service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not deprive you of mandatory protections under applicable law or any right you have to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
